Our regular runs include a variety of sessions such as hills, drills and intervals suitable for all abilities and from our new home at Dringhouses Sports & Social Club we have a great choice of runs, including the Knavesmire and riverside.

Running with a friendly group is more fun and motivational than alone, and you get lots of free advice. Have a look at the Runners Medical Resource website for health advice on running.

We will shortly be starting training plans aimed at the following events and you are welcome to join us

Race for Life 5k and 10kYork on Sunday 27 June 2010 (this event is women only)
